Today, finalists got the chance to explore the beautiful New Brunswick wilderness on full-day tours. Buses left bright and early after breakfast and toured students throughout the province, dropping them back at the University of New Brunswick in time for dinner and a fun photo scavenger hunt in the evening.

Welcome to Canada-Wide Science Fair 2015! The beautiful University of New Brunswick campus in Fredericton will soon be home to 469 of Canada’s top young scientists as they compete for medals, prizes, scholarships and trips. The host committee, Youth Science Canada executive, ambassador team and volunteers have been working tirelessly to prepare for the exciting week ahead.
Youth Science Canada is pleased to announce the 6 alumni who have been selected to serve as Ambassadors at CWSF 2015 in Fredericton - the result of a highly competitive process involving 49 applicants. The CWSF Ambassadors are former CWSF finalists who have graduated from secondary school and who will interact with students and chaperones throughout the week. Finalists annually rate the Ambassadors as being one of most impactful elements of their CWSF experience.

That means we’re just 100 days away for the 2015 CWSF in Fredericton! This is the first time CWSF has ever been in New Brunswick, and our organizing committee is already hard at work to make sure this will be a memorable year for everyone!
