Schedule – A taste of New Brunswick (Sunday May 12)

The Opening Ceremonies and Welcome Event will be held Sunday, May 12 at the Student Union Building, from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.Participants will be welcomed by some good old fashioned Maritime hospitality! You will be swept away by this showcase of everything New Brunswick has to offer: music, art, and of course, fantastic food. From art duels to rock bands to Maritime tunes, there will be something amazing awaiting you throughout the building. No need to dress up for the event, just bring your appetite and enjoy a fun-filled evening as we relax and get acquainted.

Schedule – Finalist and Delegates Lounges (Throughout the week)

Play a fierce game of Apples to Apples, read a great book, play some video games, or exchange pins with new friends- the Finalist and Delegate Lounges are the place to be in the evenings if you need some downtime. Located in the Student Union Building, the Blue Lounge and Room 103 are a stone’s throw away from accommodations, the Project Zone, and the dining hall. Board games, cards, video games, books, movies, and sports equipment will be available each evening. Snacks will also be available nightly.

Schedule – Campus Tours (Saturday May 11 & Sunday May 12)

Finalists and delegates are encouraged to join us for a guided campus tour on arrival day. Tours will be offered all day on Saturday May 11th and on the morning of Sunday May 12th. Tours will start with an overview of the essential CWSF facilities such as the Student Union building and the Richard J. Currie Center, followed by a 30-45 minute tour of the University of New Brunswick campus.

Schedule – Project Set-up (Sunday May 12)

The Project Zone will be in The Currie Center, Performance Gym. 15 Peter Kelly Drive.
 
The Project Zone is about a 3-minute walk from the UNB Residences.
 
Admission to the Exhibit Hall is restricted to those with CWSF ID, from the start (Sunday, May 12) to the end of the fair (Friday May 17). The only exception is during scheduled public/school viewing (May15-17).

Horaire – Cérémonie de remise des prix (jeudi après-midi)

Cérémonie de remise des prix

La Cérémonie de remise des prix aura lieu le jeudi 17 mai de 15 h 30 à 17 h 30.

Après la cérémonie, ce sera l'occasion d'échanger avec les nouveaux amis et de s'amuser à prendre des photos.  Des autobus assureront le transport des finalistes et des délégués vers le Centre EY pour le souper et la soirée dansante. 

Les billets pour la cérémonie de remise de prix seront disponibles aux visiteurs sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi.  Voir la section Parents et visiteurs pour tous les détails.

Horaire – Visite de la capitale (excursions toute la journée mardi)

Lors de la journée des excursions, deux musées de renommée mondiale de la région de la capitale nationale comme point de débarquement et de cueillette et comme centre général d'information pendant la journée. Les participants auront l'occasion d'explorer non seulement le Musée de l'aviation et de l'espace du Canada et le Musée canadien de l'histoire, mais aussi de se promener au centre-ville d'Ottawa, de magasiner au centre Rideau, d’explorer le marché ou de profiter des tulipes le long de la rivière des Outaouais et du Canal Rideau.
