When judging the Excellence Awards, each judge will assign a Level from 1 (low) to 4 (high). This will be done for each of the three judging criteria:
We invite CWSF judges to provide finalists with as much feedback as possible during judging. You must make a note of this in the Judging Notes section of the Judging Form.
